More Birthday cake!

as it was my friend's Brigitte's birthday on Saturday, I made her a yummy French chocolate cake with Japanese "Kawai" inspiraton decorations on top: coloured sugarpaste , strawberry buttercream and sweets.

 And I got the opportunity to put my brand new business cards around the cake. A littl promotion has never hurt anyone! :)

While waiting for the complete photo album to come to the blog, here are two other examples of creative baking: the monster cakes for my friend Louise's birthday and the traditional Christmas cupcakes.

I stayed in the traditional tastes and did chocolate or vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream.

A preview of the kind of cakes I make. Those were made for the 6 Nations, the France vs Ireland rugby game that got postponed. They were still eaten despite de disappointement of match cancellation.

I am now looking forward to watch the game on Sunday, MArch 4th. but this time I might bake something differnet, blue and green cookies maybe?

Well OK, just the idea blooming and ripening in my head and the internet page/blog, but soon the full thing will be complete! wuhoo, very exciting! To come: Logo, cards and picures of the cakes. 2 orders this week, can't wait to get started on them!
